Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to work part-time within a General Acute Hospital based in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The pay rates for this locum Healthcare Assistant job is £11.27 per hour (Assignment Rate) for day shifts, £15.57 per hour for Saturdays & Night shifts and £20.86 per hour for Sundays & Bank Holidays.
Main duties to cover:
- Observations, taking temperature, pulse, respirations and weight
- Giving medications
- Wound dressings
Requirements of the Healthcare Assistant:
- Recent UK experience within a similar role
- Must have a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ/SVQ) Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent Health care related NVQ).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years recent experience within the last 2/3 years of working in general practice or other healthcare environment as a HCA.
