Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 3 Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to work within a Mid Specialist Psychosis Team based in Braintree.
The pay rates for these locum Healthcare Assistant jobs are £12.93 - £13.98 per hour (Assignment rate) andis a 2-month contract. Working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
About the roles:
- You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of patient centred care under the supervision of a senior member of the team; providing practical support to service users in performing day to day activities, guidance and education, and in assisting in their management and care based upon individual needs under the guidance of a senior member of the Team.
- You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering services.In delivering your duties you are expected to display behaviours that are aligned with the Trust values and as required in accordance with the NHS Constitution at all times.
Requirements of the Healthcare Assistant:
- Recent experience within a similar role
