Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Service to fill a full-time role within a Targeted Intervention Service based in Blackpool.
The pay rate for this permanent Head of Service job is £64,033 - £70,185 per annum.
Duties/Summary:
- The freedom and support to develop your service, driving up practice standards that improve outcomes for children.
- Access to high quality support service development by a Workforce Development team to engage and nurture practitioners.
- To be challenged by our dedicated and passionate children in care council and a co-production team about how you are driving and supporting change, and to be supported by them to develop services that they know will make a difference.
- The full support and commitment to improving the lives of children and families from the political leadership and every service across the council.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Previous Head of Service experience.
