Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Service Performance Improvement to work full-time in Herefordshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adult services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Head of Service job is £450 per day and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
The role is to drive business performance, provide peer coaching and manage complex case work. It will be operational working alongside and reporting to Head of Operations.
Requirements of the Head of Service:
Professional Social Work qualification (e.g. Degree, DipSW, CQSW or CSS).
Post qualifying learning/extensive evidence of CPD.
Registered Social Worker with HCPC / Social Work England.
Extensive Post qualifying experience and senior management experience
