Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Social Work to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Croydon, within the Looked After Children Team.
The salary for this permanent Head of Social Work job is £80,490 - £85,614 per annum.

Duties:
- Drive our ambitious plans forward, and embedding a systemic social work practice model with children looked after and care leavers
- Lead the statutory delivery for social work services for Children Looked After, including Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children and Young People, young people Leaving Care and Fostering Services.
- Take on lead responsibility for Adoption (integrated with Adopt London South).
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- LAC experience is essential
