Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a permanent role for a Head of Clinical Services to work full-time based in Sawbridgeworth, within the Senior Leadership Team.
The salary for this permanent Head of Clinical Services job is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
Duties:
- Lead the clinical services in a well-established, growing and highly regarded service in a global healthcare organisation that genuinely cares about people
- Deliver 24-hour expert care and rehabilitation for complex neurological conditions and brain or spinal injuries
Requirements of the Head of Clinical Services:
- Degree or equivalent in nursing
- Current NMC registration
- Strong leader
- Excellent clinical skills and some experience gained from a Neurological or Respiratory care environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate clinical teams with strategic direction and positive leadership
- An eye for detail and the ability to develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure a safe and effective service delivery
- The ability to work in a potentially emotionally challenging environment whilst being able to support your team
- To be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to develop and grow the business
- A passion and ability to positively impact CQC ratings
