Family Time Worker – Bolton
Location: Bolton
Contract: Full-time | 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £19.87 per hour
Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Family Time Worker to take on a rewarding full-time role in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change by supporting children and families through direct intervention, working in close collaboration with Safeguarding Social Workers.
Facilitate and supervise family time sessions in a safe, structured environment
Support and assist with home visits to assess and respond to family needs
Carry out direct work with children to promote their safety, development, and emotional wellbeing
Contribute to risk assessments and safeguarding plans for vulnerable children
Deliver evidence-based interventions focused on child development and behaviour management, using EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) guidance
Work in partnership with families involved in child protection plans, offering tailored support within the home where appropriate
Experience: Demonstrable experience working within children and family support services, ideally within safeguarding or early intervention
Qualifications: A relevant Level 3 qualification such as NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC, or in Early Years, Childcare, Health & Social Care, or Youth & Community Studies
Compliance: Enhanced DBS and Right to Work in the UK
Driving: Full UK driving licence
