Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Family Finding Social Worker to work full-time within a Fostering Team based in Wandsworth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £30 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
This is an exciting new post designed to help children and young people settle in to their permanent foster family as soon as possible. This post will require a qualified social worker to work closely with children's allocated social workers, and Fostering Team to support the permanence options for children.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current HCPC registration
- A minimum 2 years' experience within Children's Services
