Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Family Court Advisor to work full-time based in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in children's services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Family Court Advisor job is £35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Advise the Family Courts on the best course of action for the child. You'll do this by providing confident, powerful and succinct written case analysis and make recommendations to the court.
- You'll also attend court and be an advocate for the best interests of the child, ensuring their voice is not lost.
Requirements of the Family Court Advisor:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Must be over 3 years qualified experience
- An expert in safeguarding, child engagement, inter-agency working, case analysis, planning and recording.
- Has strong, intuitive IT skills
- Must be a car driver with a full driving license
