Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Families First Triage Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Hertford, within the Early Help & Family Support Team.
The pay rate for this locum Families First Triage Manager job is £34 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Experience of working at a managerial level and an understanding of managing change in a political environment.
- Experience of line management responsibilities
- Car driver essential - candidates will be required to drive County wide but can be based at locations to suit where they live
