Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Education Health & Care Coordinator to work full-time in Tower Hamlets.
The pay rate for this locum Education Health & Care Coordinator job is £25.62 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
Provide timely and accurate recording of data regarding children with statements or plans using appropriate ICT systems.
Responsible for all correspondence relating to the caseload and to respond efficiently and professionally to all communications and administer the phase transfer procedures for children and young people with Statements or EHC Plans.
Research specialist school placements and provide impartial advice to parents with regard to appropriate specialist provision and maintain up to date knowledge of legislation in relation to special educational needs and all current assessment procedures in the SEN Code of Practice
Requirements of the Education Health & Care Coordinator:
Experience of doing LA casework, administering, maintaining and monitoring a specific caseload of children and young people with special educational, health and care needs.
Candidates will need to hit the ground running and have experience in using synergy - SEND MODULE within Synergy.
