Sanctuary Personnel, a multi-award winning recruitment agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill a role as a Band 7 Donor Centre Manager in Lewisham.
The pay rate for this locum Donor Centre Manager job is £35.01 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
- You will confidently lead and manage a multi disciplinary team whose purpose is to efficiently and safely deliver sufficient blood and blood components to meet patient demands
- You will work collaboratively with Hospital Services, Manufacturing and Testing Departments to ensure sufficiency of supply to hospitals
- You will be responsible for delivering a positive donor experience whilst maintaining donor and product safety and regulatory compliance
- You will be an inspirational and engaging leader, committed to achieving key performance targets
- You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice.
Requirements of the Donor Centre Manager:
- RGN qualified
- Active NMC Registration
- Recent UK Nursing experience
