What you will do:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care within the community, focusing on the specific needs of the patients.
- Competent in female and male catheterisation, wound care, leg ulcer management, insulin administration, end of life care, amongst other responsibilities.
- Provide care for patients with complex needs, including syringe driver management and SUPRA-pubic catheterisation.
- Ensure excellent standards in pressure ulcer management and bowel management.
- Engage in manual handling, CPR, fire and anaphylaxis training, and familiarise with electronic patient record systems such as Rio.
