Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 District Liaison Nurse to work in Prescot. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of community nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum District Nurse job is £25 - £38 per hour (Assignment rate). It is a 3 month contract. The candidate will be working 30 - 37.5 hours a week from Monday - Sunday.
Duties of the District Nurse:
- Assessment of nursing care placements following Hospital discharges
Requirements of the District Nurse:
- An in date DBS is required for all roles/work
- RGN qualified
- NMC registered with valid live pin
- Recent UK Community Nursing experience
