Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Discharge Planning Occupational Therapist to work in West Heaton a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).
The pay rate for this locum Discharge Planning Occupational Therapist job is £25.04 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 12-month contract.
Shift Pattern:
08:00 am – 16:00 pm
Duties:
Complete OT assessments, treatment plans for in patients older adults, general rehab, palliative care
Complete Access Visits (own car preferable)
Complete complex hospital discharge planning
Requirements of the Discharge Planning Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
