What you will do:
- Provide advanced nutrition and dietetic care for clients with a wide range of complex gastroenterology conditions and offer oral nutrition support.
- Independently manage a designated caseload of patients with autonomy while maintaining responsibility for their dietetic treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough specialist assessments of patients, even those with highly complex conditions, using investigative and analytical skills.
- Recommend appropriate dietary actions, promote self-management, and ensure client-centred goals are achieved.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent and effective nutrition services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with professional standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HCPC registration is required to ensure compliance with professional standards.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant setting is essential.
- Car Driving is preferable.
