What you will do:
- Deliver a comprehensive evidence-based dietetic service as part of a dedicated team of Dietitians, ensuring top-notch nutritional support to a variety of medical adult patients.
- Take charge of enteral feeding processes, coordinating discharge plans and liaising effectively with local home enteral feeding teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Band 4 Dietitians working within community hospitals, nurturing their development and the overall service quality.
- Bring your expertise in Meditech V6 to the table—or if you are new to this system, take advantage of the training provided to get you up to speed.
- Use your reliable UK driving licence and personal car to navigate between facilities, enhancing the synergies of your work operations.
