Sanctuary Social Care currently has a locum vacancy based in Islington for a Deputy Team Manager to work in a MASH Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in children's' Services and be registered with the HCPC.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive rate of £37 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Making assessments of risk/need and to decide the appropriate service to offer children and families within the specified timeframes of the MASH.
- Provide guidance to those reporting safeguarding concerns and making referrals.
Requirements of the Deputy Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's' services
- Experience in MASH and Children's Social Care.
