Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to up to five Social Workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage a manageable caseload, addressing the needs of individuals within the adult social care system.

- Contribute to strategic planning and development to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments and external organisations to ensure coordinated care and resource management.
