Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to work within a Locality Team in Guernsey.
The pay rate for this Deputy Manager is £40-45 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Staff supervision and appraisals
- Chairing meetings including Child Protection Strategy discussions, planning meetings, reviews etc.
Requirements of the Deputy Manager:
- Degree or equivalent within Social Work
- HCPC registered as a Social Worker
- You must have recent experience working within a similar role
