Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Deputy Manager to work within an Adult Disability Service based in Guernsey. .
The salary for this permanent Deputy Manager role is £31,531 - £42,715 per annum.
You will play an important part in the development of the service for the future, you will need to be an enthusiastic and forward thinking individual with a person centred approach assisting people to live and thrive in their own homes.
Duties of the Deputy Manager:
- Undertake the assessment of service users with complex needs
- Develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care meet these needs
- Undertake risk assessment processes to determine risks to the health and wellbeing of service users with complex care needs
Requirements of the Deputy Manager:
- Registered Nurse or Social Worker
- HCPC or NMC registration depending on profession
- Evidence of CPD at diploma level
- Teaching/mentoring qualification
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Valid driving licence
