Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Crisis Care Occupational Therapist to work in Nottingham on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25.39 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- The post holder has a devolved management, leadership and development role in ensuring and supporting the effective delivery of clinical practice by the Crisis Resolution/Home Treatment Service to clients aged 18 and over with severe mental health problems and/or an acute psychiatric crisis in accordance with quality practice and procedures
- Will provide mental health assessments and support to clients within a variety of settings including the clients home, and other health and non-statutory setting
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Must be a car driver
