Sanctuary Executive is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Contract Monitoring Officer to work full-time in London.
The pay rate for this locum Contract Monitoring Officer job is £330 per day. This role is offering a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of contracts
- Conducting monitoring visits
- Reporting on KPI reports from providers
- Supporting provider concerns processes as necessary
- Ensuring safeguarding, complaints and quality alerts are appropriately responded to.
- Monthly reporting to a contracts management PMO meeting
Purpose of the job:
- To lead on contract management activity; evaluating, reviewing and robustly managing the performance and quality of services within an allocated portfolio of contracted and spot arrangements under the guidance of a contract manager, to ensure the services available are of the highest quality, working within the requirements of the Standing Orders of the Council and the procedures of the department.
- To undertake planning to maintain contracting compliance and robust data management in analysing, tracking and reporting on the performance of contracts, using contracts performance data, local and national data, benchmarking against industry standards and national guidelines where appropriate.
- To lead and contribute to detailed reviews of existing services in order to inform the planning and commissioning and establishment of future contractual arrangements across a range of services for Children, Adults and Families.
- To work closely with the relevant commissioners and operational staff to ensure service improvement, focusing on quality and value for money on behalf of service users and their families.
