Job Summary:
- Lead and support Development of Compliant cost effective Specifications
- Coordinates and delivers a cost-effective compliant contracts to achieve financial targets
- Advises users/budget holders on procurement policies and procedures
- Supplier engagement with unfamiliar processes
- Ongoing Contract Management Support to buyer organisation
Requirements of the Contract Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children’s Services
