Working within the compliance team you’ll be responsible for ensuring candidates meet the safeguarding requirements of our clients to allow them to go into roles dealing with vulnerable people across the Health and Social Care sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities Include
Checking existing candidate documents against the hiring clients’ requirements.
Contacting candidates to talk through the compliance process and explain what’s needed from them.
Obtaining information for candidate files to include eligibility to work, qualifications, registration documents and any other documents required prior to being placed.
Checking candidate application forms/documents, to ensure they have been completed correctly.
Confirming employment history of candidate to apply for performance references from previous employers to meet requirements.
Adding candidate documents onto our CRM system.
Completing Candidate compliance checklists to send over to hiring clients.
Liaising with sales team to work together to ensure compliance requirements are met prior to start dates.
Working to monthly individual and team targets.
Excellent telephone manner and the ability to chase clients and candidates over the phone
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Able to work under pressure within a fast paced team
