Based in East London, this full-time locum position spans three months, with a possibility of extension. You’ll be working at various sites, addressing the needs of those in the rough sleeper and homeless community, providing much-needed support to a caseload of 25 clients with complex substance misuse and mental health challenges.

What you will do:
- Work with the rough sleeper and homeless community, offering vital support and guidance.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients dealing with substance misuse and mental health issues.
- Apply your experience by working with alcohol clients, and knowledge around opiates and scripting clients.
- Facilitate StreetLink referrals and understand chain numbers to optimise client care.
- Collaborate across multiple sites, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and compassionately.
