Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Social Services Occupational Therapist to work in Southampton on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is negotiable and is an ongoing contract.
Job Description/Duties:
To provide a service to adults with care and support needs, their families and carers who meet the threshold for statutory Occupational Therapy intervention
Assessing, planning and reviewing the needs for appropriate services and equipment/adaptations both minor and major
Providing reports as required. Providing advice, support and information to meet adults with care and support needs, their families and carers in partnership
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
Must be a car driver
