Sanctuary Health are currently looking for Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurses to work in Oldham in a Community Mental Health Team.
The pay rates for these full-time roles are £24 per hour (Assignment rate) and are initial 3 month contracts.
You will be working within Assessment and/or care coordination function of the Oldham CMHT. The role is to work as assessment and/or care coordination worker for referrals received into the team from other teams, i.e. HTT, Inpatient Wards and Access.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurses:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- This role would suit someone who has good assessment skills and enjoys short term intervention/ possible long term with patients.
