Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an expeirenced and dedicated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full-time within a Community Forensic Team based in Lambeth.
The pay rate for this locum Community Psychiatric Nurse role is £26 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload within the community
- Complete MOJ reports, social circumstance reports and Panel applications
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- ePJS system knowledge
- Enhanced DBS check
- Community experience
- Knowledge about Panel, sourcing of accommodation and care packages
- Team player, good timekeeping and enthusiastic
