This role is based in the vibrant location of 1-6 Carlton Parade, BR6 0JB, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The booking lasts until 30 April 2025, providing long-term stability. Starting on 10 March 2025, this role requires expertise in handling clients with personality disorders, complex emotional needs, and trauma.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, ensuring understanding and support in their mental health journey.
- Utilise your knowledge of care act assessments to develop effective care plans.
- Facilitate the transfer of care processes, ensuring seamless continuity for clients transitioning between services.
- Undertake risk assessments and implement management strategies to ensure client and team safety.
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared learning and advanced care practices.
- Operate autonomously, managing your caseload with confidence and professionalism.
