Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Community Physiotherapist to work 37 hours per week, based in Barking & Dagenham.
The pay rate for this locum Community Physiotherapist job is £30.00 - £34.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Shift Patterns:
- 08:00 am – 16:00 pm/12:00 pm – 20:00 pm
- Opportunity for some weekend shifts and to support team hours of 08:00 am – 20:00 pm
Duties:
- A combination of triage in our office and home visits
- Co-ordinating discharges, completing onward referrals (packages of care, therapy referrals, nursing referrals) and liaison with acute partners, Social services and other NELFT services
- Community based therapy assessments within Barking, Dagenham, Havering or Redbridge
Requirements of the Community Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Previous community experience
- Car driver and access to own car for work
