Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to work full-time or part-time in Carlton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.76 to £25.39 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Job Summary:
- To work with primary care, community health & social care partners to provide a high-quality therapy & rehabilitation wrap-around service to patients in order to facilitate and support timely hospital discharge or maximise patient's rehabilitation potential, functional management and quality of life in their normal place of residence to prevent unnecessary hospital admission.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
- Must be car driver
