Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to work full-time in Maidstone, within a Community Rehabilitation Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £23 - £23.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Should be able to work autonomously as we expect lone working in the community as patients are assessed and treated in their own homes
- We create personalised rehabilitation programmes for patients with a variety of condition including orthopaedic, vascular, and general frailty with the aim of optimising their level of function and independence so they can remain in their own homes
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
