Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Occupational Therapist to work full-time within a Children with Disabilities Team in Wokingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £32 per hour (Assignment rate) and this role is offering a 3-month contract.
About the role:
- The purpose of the team is to review the effectiveness of existing care packages whilst exploring ways in which service users and their families/carers can be supported to move towards greater independence and safe and appropriate provision of care.
- The team supports joint working between Social Workers and Occupational Therapists to ensure effective multidisciplinary practice becomes an integral part of our new way of working.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- NHS experience as an Occupational Therapist
- HCPC registration
