Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to work based in Stoke-On-Trent on a full-time/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25.04 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Job Summary:
- The post is covering the D2A beds in the community. There are 55 beds across 6 care homes.
- The role will involve assessing and discharge planning with patients, families and the MDT.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist
- 2 years' experience
- Must be a car driver
