What you will do:
- Assess and manage a varied caseload, providing tailored interventions to clients in the community.
- Implement minor and major adaptations, ensuring clients’ living environments are safe and supportive.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
- Offer expert advice on specialist equipment and seating solutions.
- Drive around the beautiful Bodmin area to attend client appointments and conduct assessments.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist within a community setting, and be registered with the HCPC. A car driver is preferable to navigate the charming landscapes and bustling community of Bodmin.
