Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Nurse (RGN) to work in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £30.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
This role will necessitate working rotational shift patterns including nights.
Duties:
- Providing appropriate, effective interventions and treatments to
- people with a range of mental health needs, and their carers
- Undertake emergency assessments
- Work alongside other services to plan, deliver and review effective "wrap around" intensive interventions to manage risk and prevent hospital admission
- Act as Care/Recovery coordinator or associate Care/Recovery coordinator
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
- RGN qualified
- NMC registered with valid live pin
