Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Band 5 Community Nurse to work part-time based in Stoke, within the Falls Team.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £20.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Shift Pattern:
Part-time - 22.5 hours over 3 or 5 days
08:00 am – 16:00 pm
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
RGN qualified
NMC registered with valid live pin
Community nursing experience falls knowledge and MDT working
An experienced nurse with significant experience of working with frail older people and evidence of additional knowledge of falls risk assessment falls prevention and the management of osteoporosis
Some experience of teaching and the ability to support clinical leads and the Operational Lead, as well as be able to motivate and influence staff
