Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to work based in Guernsey.
The pay rate for this locum Community Nurse job is £24.00 - £26.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
Assist in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for patients/clients in a defined caseload
Assist with the management of the caseload
Promote service user involvement in the planning, delivery and evaluation of care respecting their wishes, beliefs and dignity
Liaise and communicate effectively with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and other agencies involved in the care of the client/patient
In liaison with the Team Leader, undertake the management of the caseload
Requirements of the Community Nurse:
RGN qualified
NMC registered with valid live pin
