Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner to fill a full-time role based in Ruislip. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Mental Health Practitioner job is £25 - £26.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Summary:
- The post holder will work as a member of a Brent Older People and Healthy Aging Service, delivering Intensive support and duty within the community mental health assessment and intervention.
- The post will have a main focus on duty and initial assessment, intervention, review and care co-ordination dependent on the needs of their caseload.
Requirements of the Mental Health Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent mental health nursing experience working as a Senior Mental Health Practitioner
