Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work based in Abingdon and Wallingford, within the Older Adult Community Team.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Shift Pattern:
• Monday-Friday 9-5 and applications are welcomed from full-time and part-time workers.
Main Duties:
• Care co-ordination.
• Caring for older adults with mental health needs and dementia.
• Assessment.
• Care planning.
• Psychological interventions.
• Medication management.
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
• Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
• Previous experience working as a CPN, including community experience ideally with Older Adults, but also community experience in other areas with an interest in working with this age group.
• A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
• Full driving licence with access to own vehicle is essential.
