Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work 37.5 hours per week based in Lincoln, within the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £25.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
The post would be Lincoln area however it is important to highlight we are a countywide service and dependent on service need the individual could be expected to travel to other areas.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload and as part of the management of the caseload would include face to face appointments, monitoring mental health, attending outpatient appointments/MDT/ward reviews, depots, medication monitoring etc
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Previous experience working as a CPN
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
