Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in Canvey Island, with a focus on working with older adults.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £23.74 - £24.13 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Devise care plans and contingency plans
- Complete risk assessments
- Administer depots
- Visiting people at home in order to provide support, education and information to patients and their relatives/ carers
- Liaising with external agencies
- Safeguarding
- Social care
- Attending MDT
- Presenting cases to colleagues
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
