Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work in Mitcham.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £28.53 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of young clients between 17 and 65 who have experienced the first episode of any psychotic illness
- Use evidence-based /client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions
- Reduce the number of "revolving door" admissions
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
