Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) to work in Uxbridge.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £25.00 - £26.50 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
- Hours per week -37.5
- Shift pattern - 9-5
Duties:
- Manage a caseload of up to 30 cases
- Help provide a range of evidence-based interventions to help promote mental wellbeing
- Work within the MDT, attend and contribute in MDT and Zoning meetings and provide holistic care
- Duty work
Requirements of the Community Mental Health Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- Skills and show competency of enhanced Risk management plans and care planning to support our service users
