Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work in Aylesbury within an Adult Mental Health Team.
The pay rate for this full-time role is change per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial change month contract.
Working with clients aged 18 - 65 years old who are experiencing severe and enduring mental illnesses.
Working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- Must be confident in risk assessment and safety planning
- Experience of case management (essential)
- Must be a car driver (essential)
