Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Commissioning, Contract & Transformation Lead to fill a full-time role in Kensington & Chelsea.
The pay rate for this locum Commissioning, Contract & Transformation Lead job is to be confirmed per day (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Provide strategic commissioning support throughout the whole commissioning cycle including the management and development of contracts and contracted activity.
- Provide strong leadership and effective management to a portfolio of cross-functional commissioning and transformation projects and their associated contracts to achieve improved outcomes for Customers.
- Take responsibility for engaging with services and markets to ensure effective support for commissioning strategies and the delivery of specific projects.
- Ensure that commissioning strategies are outcome-led and soundly based on knowledge of performance.
- To work with internal and external stakeholders to develop service requirements and focus the commissioning cycle consistently on evidence of need and drive outcomes and efficiency
- Ensure that Contracts within the Commissioning Directorate fulfil their contractual requirements and deliver strategic objectives, innovation, continuous improvement, desired service outcomes, value for money and savings.
Requirements:
- Experience in commissioning, contracting and service development
- Relevant commissioning, contract or transformation related qualification or training: e.g. PRINCE2, CIPS, MSP, MBA
- Educated to degree level or equivalent/Evidence of continuing professional development
- Experience of successfully leading commissioning, transformation and/or service improvement programmes within large complex organisations (preferably children's or adult's services - role dependent) to deliver tangible outcomes
