Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and committed Band 7 Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to work full-time based in Salford.
The pay rate for this locum Cognitive Behavioural Therapist job is £29 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 1-month contract.
Summary:
As post holder of this role you will join the Step 3 CBT provision in the Salford Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service within the Greater Manchester Mental Health Primary Care Psychological Therapies Division, an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) reporting service.
You will provide appropriate cognitive behavioural assessment, formulation and high intensity intervention.
Expected to work with clients with the full range of Common Mental Health Disorders, of varying complexity, for which CBT has been demonstrated to be potentially clinically effective.
Work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and should be committed to equal opportunities.
Requirements of the Cognitive Behavioural Therapist:
Registration with a recognised approved body
Doctoral-level training in psychology
Qualified Psychologist (or equivalent for those who trained before 1996) as accredited by the BPS
HCPC Registered
