Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Clinical Team Manager to fill a full-time role based in Exeter. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Clinical Team Manager job is £29 - £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Role Purpose:
- The post holder will be responsible for the effective operational management of the Community CAMHS Mental Health team including line management of staff, financial and performance management. You will use effective leadership, change management and team building skills to monitor, evaluate and develop the service provided.
Requirements of the Clinical Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Experience working as a mental health nurse
