Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Social Work Support Staff to work in Leeds on a full-time basis.
The pay rate for this role is £28.00 (Assignment rate) per hour and is an initial 6-month contract with the option to extend for a further 6 months if required.
Shift Pattern:
- Support core GP practice core hours 10:00 am - 18:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Duties:
- Reviewing short videos from NHS login applications to evaluate signs of potential safeguarding issues such as coercion, physical violence etc. and recognition of situations where proxy access to records is more appropriate (full training will be given in this aspect)
- Determine if any immediate action is to be taken with regard to the person's account, escalate the concern to the person's GP practise or on occasion, other relevant services, and then once a response from the practice is obtained, communicate this back to the identity checking team for action
- Monitor and occasionally respond to written health or care issues received from the NHS App support function
- On the occasion to deputise for the programme clinical leads to support service improvement initiatives
Requirements of the Clinical Social Work Support Staff:
- NHS Social Workers that have experience in recognising and communicating safeguarding issues
